Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Schedule C you agree to these terms. If you are using the service for an organization, you confirm you may bind that organization.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account; do not share sign-in details.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content, or content you do not have the rights to.
• Harass other users or impersonate anyone.
• Probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset or resell access without permission.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service — including generating share links you choose to create and screening content that other users report.

Reported content may be reviewed automatically and by our administrators. We may hide or remove content and suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practical.

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown before checkout; applicable tax may be added at checkout.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DEVI'S DAUGHTERS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create risk for other users.
