Privacy Policy

This policy explains what DEVI'S DAUGHTERS, LLC ("we") collects when you use Schedule C, why we collect it, and the choices you have. This is a template — review it with counsel and adapt it to your jurisdiction before launch.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, and avatar image you provide at sign-up or on your profile.
  • Authentication data: sign-in timestamps and provider identifiers (for example Google sign-in).
  • Content you upload: photos, captions, bug reports, attachments, and messages in support threads.
  • Payment data: transaction records (amount, currency, status, product). Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and error diagnostics used for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

  • Provide and secure the service, including sign-in, human verification, and abuse prevention.
  • Process purchases and maintain your transaction history.
  • Review reported content, including automated screening of reported photos.
  • Respond to bug reports and support requests.
  • Improve reliability and performance.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Processors we rely on

  • Hosting, database, authentication, and file storage — our cloud backend provider.
  • Payments — Stripe, Inc.
  • Human verification — Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Automated content moderation — an AI model provider that receives only the reported image and a moderation prompt.

Each processor may store data outside your country. We use providers that offer standard contractual safeguards.

4. Retention

Account and content data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account from your profile page removes your profile, photos, and role assignments. Transaction records and moderation decisions may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

  • Access and export the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct your display name, avatar, and other profile details at any time.
  • Delete your account and associated content from the profile page.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law provides that right.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is enforced with row-level security so users can only read their own records, and uploaded files live in private storage that requires signed, time-limited links.

7. Children

Schedule C is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
